ACM Activations duties and skills: Client Service • Independently manage allocated client projects to client expectations and budgets. • Well-developed relationship building skills and ability to independently liaise with clients regarding allocated activities. • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The Agency is a Melbourne based integrated comms agency, dedicated to helping challenger brands take on the might of big corporations. Offering a full mix of strategy, creative, digital and media solutions all under one roof, this role will support their Media Director. You are well organised, with strong research skills and an eye for detail. This is a hybrid role spanning across all above the line and digital channels. Scope of Role The Media Executive’s key objective is to support the day to day account management and implementation of campaigns across all clients. The role encompasses: 1. Assisting in the creation of media plans that build from the core idea developed in close collaboration with the Media Director, Digital Media Account Manager, and creative team. 2. Assisting with the implementation of campaigns and reporting process while delivering on the communication and investment objectives. 3. Develop and maintain relationships with key media owners. Reporting Structure • You will ultimately report to the Media Director, although on a day to day basis you will also report to the Digital Media Account Manager. • You are expected to manage your own workload as well as any specialist delivery services that are being deployed in the business. Key Responsibilities 1. Financials • Negotiate discounts, make goods and added value • Proforma checking • Timesheets completed accurately and on time 4. Process • Data entry and checking • Load all purchased activity in BMD correctly versus planned and agreed booking parameters • Chase and check confirmations from the media • Check financials on all correspondence • Write and analyse post data for all media buys (ensuring all objectives have been met and rectifying if not) • Monitor of added value delivery and reporting 5. Information gathering • Providing support by collating information for points of view and insights through desktop research and other resources • Assist team members in market research and analysis as and when required • Participate in formal and informal brainstorms and generating fresh ideas.
