You will be involved in all aspects of design documentation, map refinement, wayfinding, floor plans and zone planning. What we are looking for: You are an experienced graphic design, urban planning, technology architecture or industrial design freelance professional. You like to work within a team of smart people and will bring both an eye for detail and an efficient base of time and project management skills. Ideally you will be proficient in adobe design/ in design, have solid CAD modelling experience (Solidworks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray) a base knowledge of SignAgent Pro (wayfinding software) as well as some experience with MAPublisher and GIS software. They need the services of a Digital Content Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, and being the lead role in digital. You need several years expertise to offer. This role will maximise the revenue potential of the database and social media channels. With a focus on analysis of customer and acquisition data, you will help to determine customer segments based on behaviour and define strategy to increase revenue and lifetime customer value. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the content calendar, planning, creation, copywriting, eDM schedules and publishing social posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, company blog for all brand campaigns, product launches, and day to day content plan. You will act as the brand custodian and storyteller for the organisation taking the lead on producing, writing and developing the content calendar across all digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, EDM, blogs, and Influencers. In this role, you will drive the social media strategy and will manage the implementation and optimisation of paid campaigns across social media platforms. This role also has editorial control over social media content ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
